Simeon A. Ilago

Associate Professor Simeon A. Ilago teaches local governance and public policy at the National College of Public Administration & Governance (NCPAG) of the University of the Philippines. He is formerly the director of U.P. Center for Local & Regional Governance, the local government research and extension arm of UP-NCPAG.

He holds an M.A. in Public Policy from Saitama University in Japan and a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree from the University of the Philippines.
