For: All Faculty, Staff, Students, UP Katipunan PUJ Operations and Drivers
Subject: Opening of Magsaysay Gate effective December 6, 2010, with limited access to UP Students, Staff and Faculty and UP Katipunan PUJs

Please be advised that effective Monday, December 6, 2010, the new university portal at Magsaysay St. corner Katipunan Ave. shall be accessible to vehicles with UP car stickers and/or U.P. students, staff and faculty with valid U.P. IDs. This gate will open from 5 AM to 10 PM daily. Katipunan PUJs shall resume their regular route starting December 6, 2010. This restricted access is in line with the university's efforts to provide a safe and secured environment for its constituents. Meanwhile, the gate at Shuster St. shall be closed to traffic starting December 6, 2010.
