Mila A. Reforma

Professor Mila A. Reforma is a retired faculty of the U.P. UP National College of Public Administration and Governance where she also obtained her master's degree in public administration (MPA). She also studied for a special course in public policy at the prestigious John F. Kennedy School of Government, Harvard University.
