Personnel Movements

The Diliman Interactive Learning Center started on October 06, 2003 with only its first Director, Dr. Celia T. Adriano as personnel. Since she was also the director of the Office of the Director of Instruction (ODI) at that time, she was also supported by ODI's staff, Ms. Evangeline Dionisio. They processed the initial equipment and manpower of DILC.

On September 2003, Mr. Marc San Valentin was hired as developer of learning objects, DILC's initial project.
