Access Rights for Certain Roles on OVLe

Role	Description
Manager	Managers can access course and modify them but are not involved in grading, they usually do not participate in courses.
Course Creator	Course creators can create new courses.
Teacher	Teachers can do anything within a course, including changing the activities and grading students.
Non-editing teacher	Non-editing teachers can teach in courses and grade students, but may not alter activities.
Student	Students generally have fewer privileges within a course.
Beadle	Beadles can see logs and communicate with learners.
Teaching Assistant	Teaching Assistants can do anything within a course, including changing the activities and grading students.

Support Levels on OVLe

Depending on needs, DILC provides technical support for OVLe. In addition to DILC's own judgment, the faculty can also request from DILC what level of support he deems appropriate for a certain period. The request has to be filed at least 3 days in advance.
