Diliman Interactive Learning Center
The Diliman Interactive Learning Center (DILC) is a service unit mandated to promote interactive learning and the integration of educational technologies into the learning experience at UP Diliman.
Interactive learning is a method of engaging learners with the help of multimedia materials and teaching techniques that elicit active participation in learning (as opposed to passive reception of information).
