SUBJECT: U.P. Para sa Bayan
I would like to enjoin everyone to participate in the "U.P. Para sa Bayan: Isandaang Taon ng Paninilbihan sa Sambayanang Pilipino" organized by the U.P. Alumni Association (UPAA). The event shall be held on December 13, 2008, 10 A.M. onwards along University Avenue, U.P. Diliman, Quezon City. Free social service for the Filipino people shall be made available through this one day outreach program.
