RAINIER V. ALMAZAN is a development management practitioner and an Associate Professor of Social Work at the College of Social Work & Community Development (CSWCD) of the University of the Philippines in Diliman (U.P. Diliman), Quezon City.

He holds a masters degree in Development Management from the Asian Institute of Management (AIM). He obtained his bachelor’s degree in Social Work from U.P. Diliman and is also a registered social worker
