Qualifications: must have completed all master's courses in the field of marine physical sciences, ust be knowledgeable in remote sensing , gis, waterhsed and hydrodynamic modelling, must be a diver and willing to work in the field for extended periods of time, must have good communication skills, both oral and written with experience in giving scientific presentations, must be highly organized, with knack in simplifying technical manuals, with civil service eligibility.
