Located in front of the Faculty Center and inside the Academic Oval, this artistic bike rack is part of the UP Padyak Project by the UP Mountaineers. UP Padyak is a biking program aimed at reducing vehicular traffic and air pollution on campus. It is supported by the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Community Affairs (OVCCA), the University Student Council (USC), and other organizations.
