- Any request for video or webcast coverage by DILC shall be made at least 2 weeks before the event.
- The requesting party (or whoever heads the event) is responsible for arranging the necessary schedule and the availability of the venue for technical setup and testing.
- The requesting party shall provide DILC the necessary number of mini-DVs for the coverage.
- If the webcast coverage is requested, the requesting party is encouraged to promote the event outside the University.
- The DILC keeps the option of publicizing the video recording of the event on DILC's website for public access.
- The requesting party is required to fill out this online form.
