VISION


To maximize the benefits of retiring UP Employees as a fitting reward for their loyal, faithful and dedicated service to the University, aside from the retirement and other benefits provided for under existing laws

MISSION


To improve and enhance the asset accumulation and net worth build up of UPPFI while preserving the soundness and growth of its investments which would ultimately redound to the benefit of all its members, especially the retirees


Benefits of Provident Fund:

  1. UP counterpart contribution (currently at P100/month)
  2. Life Insurance (P100,000.00)‏
  3. Share in Income and other fund distributions
