The UP NEC Lean Six Sigma Certification Program, a comprehensive course of both Lean and Six Sigma, is an intensive 30-day training program designed to equip participants with both managerial and technical skills to be able to: • Deploy lean six sigma as a business excellence platform in organizations • Align and fuse lean six sigma improvement projects with the organizations’ strategic intent • Successfully initiate, execute and implement lean six sigma projects • Lead and manage lean six sigma improvement teams • Coach and train would-be lean six sigma experts • Promote a culture of continuous improvement in organizations
