Memo No. OSU-11-17: Reiteration on the Purchase and Use of Standard Writing Paper Size (A4) for UP System Communications per COA Circular No. 80-137

Please be informed that at the last (270th) meeting of the President's Advisory Council (PAC) held on 9 March 2011, the President reiterated the purchase and use of standard writing paper size, specifically A4, by all government agencies in all business and legal transactions, per COA Circular No. 80-137. The UP System is hereby enjoined to abide by said Circular.
