SUBJECT: Preparedness and Response Plan to the A (H1N1) Pandemic

In a meeting with the deans and college secretaries on June 17, 2009, it was agreed that the PREPAREDNESS AND RESPONSE PLAN TO THE A(H1N1) PANDEMIC will be adopted for UP Diliman. Dr. Melendre V. Araos, Director of the University Health Services (UHS), is overall coordinator of this response plan.

Each college/institute/unit in UP Diliman should identify a Health Liaison Officer who will coordinate with Dr. Araos on this health issue.

For inquiry and reporting of cases, use the following A (H1N1) HOTLINES in the UHS:
