SUBJECT: Preparedness and Response Plan to the A (H1N1) Pandemic

In a meeting with the deans and college secretaries on June 17, 2009, it was agreed that the attached PREPAREDNESS AND RESPONSE PLAN TO THE A (H1N1) PANDEMIC will be adopted for UP Diliman. Dr. Melendre V. Araos, Director of the University Health Services (UHS), is overall coordinator of this response plan.

Each college/institute/unit in UP Diliman should identify a Health Liaison Officer who will coordinate with Dr. Araos on this health issue.
