The Office of the Secretary of the University, or more popularly known as the OSU, is an office under the UP System. It also acts as the secretary of the Board of Regents. Its office is located on the ground floor, north wing of Quezon Hall.
The present Secretary of the University is Dr. Lourdes E. Abadingo.
