  • Management, planning, coordination and supervision of both media content (media services, web apps, webpages/sites), research platforms, and hardware (equipment and infrastructure, AVRs, servers and storage)
  • Advisory and recommendatory body on policies involving the above
  • Chair: UPCC Director
  • Co-Chair: DILC Director

Qualifications of College AT Committee Chairs

Privileges of College AT Committee Chairs:

  • Three-unit administrative de-loading (only if created by respective Units)

Responsibilities of ATC Chairs:

  1. Chair the college committee consisting of fellow members as appointed by the Deans/Heads of Units
  2. Report needs of colleges and its subunits in terms of
    1. IT infrastructure
    2. media contents
    3. digital resources for instruction and research
  3. Coordinate with UPCC, DILC, and PABX.
  4. Supervise and manage
