Sir/Madam:
In line with Republic Act 9184, otherwise known as the "Government Procuement Reform Act", the Procurement Service (PS) request all agencies to submit their Annual Procurement Program (APP) for common use office supplies and equipment, to implement a more efficient and therefore more effective supply management.
All client-agencies may then secure a copy of the APP (2009) format from the PS-NCR Depot at UP Campus, Diliman, Quezon City or download the form at procurementservice.org completed APPs may be submitted directly to PS-NCR Depot not later than March 16, 2009. The APPs would help us in setting up a forecast that would match government consumption of common office goods, or an appropriate inventory, mor safety stock, necessary to meet fluctuations in client's demand and ensure the unimpeded supply of goods to government offices.
