Maintenance of Commercial and Industrial Building Facilities and Utilities

The general objective of this course is to inculcate to the participants the importance of proper maintenance procedures and standards for commercial and industrial building facilities and utilities. It is too expensive to wait for the occurrence of failure to make the necessary repairs. When the plant or building begins to age, it is more efficient to have qualified personnel who could make the necessary repairs as well as follow proper maintenance procedures. In particular, this seminar aims to:

increase the participants' knowledge in the design and implementation of a systematic and of effective maintenance procedure; and provide techniques and procedural tools for an efficient maintenance practice.
