Re: Submission of Annual Procurement Program for 2009

Sir/Madam:

In line with Republic Act 9184, otherwise known as the "Government Procuement Reform Act", the Procurement Service (PS) request all agencies to submit their Annual Procurement Program (APP) for common use office supplies and equipment, to implement a more efficient and therefore more effective supply management.

All client-agencies may then secure a copy of the APP (2009) format from the PS-NCR Depot at UP Campus, Diliman, Quezon City or download the form at [{http://procurementservice.org}] completed APPs may be
