Guidelines for video or webcast coverage by DILC

  1. Any request for video or webcast coverage by DILC shall be made at least 2 weeks before the event.
  2. The requesting unit (or whoever heads the event) is responsible for arranging the schedule for technical setup and testing at the venue.
  3. The requesting unit shall provide DILC the necessary number of mini-DVs for the coverage.
