  1. Any request from UPD units for video or webcast coverage by DILC shall be made at least 2 weeks before the event.
  2. The request unit is responsible for arranging the schedule for technical setup and testing at the venue.
  3. The requesting unit shall provide DILC the necessary number of mini-DVs for the coverage.
