How to setup custom domain ?

To apply a custom domain to your Pages site.

1. Send an email at ilcdhelpdesk.upd@up.edu.ph or open a ticket to https://helpdesk.ilc.upd.edu.ph

2. Send the following details through your ticket or email

   a. Your current Pages site URL (example: pages.upd.edu.ph/sitename)
   b. Your custom domain URL? ( example: customdomain.up.edu.ph )
   c. Date when the changes should be made

3. Change of domain will take up to 3 days or more depending on the complexity of your website.

Note: Please verify to your IT Personnel that your custom domain resolves Pages ip address. You may also use online tools like https://www.whatismyip.com/dns-lookup/.

4. Then you may now setup your Custom Domain to your Pages website
