:Pleased be informed that the 1242nd meeting of the Board of Regents will be held on Thursday, 26 March 2009, 9:00 a.m., at the Board of Regents Room, U.P. Diliman, Quezon City. Matters you wish to be included in the Agenda should be submitted on or before <u>Friday, 13 March 2009</u>. This is to give sample time for staff work. Moreover, we are now required by the Board to send them the agenda at least a week (7 days) before the scheduled meeting. Effective this month, we will no longer provide the Board with additional items (Addenda) after the regular agenda has been delivered.
