Dr. Jocelyn C. Cuaresma is an associate professor of public administration at the University of the Philippines Diliman. She served as college secretary of the UP National College of Public Administration and Governance and director of UP Center for Public Administration & Governance Education (CPAGE) for two non-consecutive terms.
Education
Professor Cuaresma obtained her Doctor of Public Administration (DPA) and Master of Public Administration (MPA) degrees from the University of the Philippines. She also holds a master's degree in administrative science from Speyer, Germany. Her undergraduate degree is economics.
