  1. Any request for video or webcast coverage by DILC should be made at least 2 weeks before the event.
  2. The requesting party (or whoever heads the event) is responsible for arranging the necessary schedule and the availability of the venue for technical setup and testing.
  3. The requesting party shall provide DILC with the necessary mini-DVs for the coverage.
  4. The requesting party is expected to collect the slides (or texts) and share them with DILC for the latter to be able to label accurately the videos.
  5. If webcast is requested as part of coverage, the requesting party is encouraged to promote the event outside the University through mass media and social networking sites.
  6. The DILC keeps the option of publicizing the video or audio recording of the event on DILC's website for public access.
  7. While DILC's coverage may form part of the requesting party's documentation of the event, the coverage should not be treated as the sole or major documentation of the event.
  8. DILC's coverage is only limited to academic events and their major parts (such main lectures, main presentations).
  9. The requesting party is required to fill out this online form.
