  1. Any request for video or webcast coverage by DILC shall be made at least 2 weeks before the event.
  2. The requesting party (or whoever heads the event) is responsible for arranging the necessary schedule and the availability of the venue for technical setup and testing.
  3. The requesting party shall provide DILC the necessary number of mini-DVs for the coverage.
  4. If the webcast coverage is requested, the requesting party is encouraged to promote the event outside the University.
  5. The requesting party is required to fill out this online form.
