For PODCAST (Mp3, Mpeg, m4a)

- upload files in media/audios folder.
- create and article using any of the editor (JCE, Tiny MCE).
- add this tag in the part where you want the media to show; {enclose filename}. 
- the default dimension 300 x 16.


For VODCAST (Quicktime, Flash Video)

- upload the files in media/videos folder.
- create and article using any of the editor (JCE, Tiny MCE).
- add this tag in the part where you want the media to show; {denvideo videos/filename}.
- the default dimension is 400 x 340 including the controls, to set a different dimension; {denvideo videos/filename width height}.
