ECONOMY MEASURES OF UP DILIMAN
1. Reduction in the volume of consumption of fuel, water, office supplies, electricity and other utilities by adopting the following measures:
- a) Turn off main water valve after 7:00 pm., turn on at 6:00 am. next morning to minimize losses due to underated leaking pipes.
- b) Remind all UP Diliman units to cause the repair of all leaking faucets and water closets; adjust/monitor water closets to operate a minimal level of water consumption; report busted pipes to CMO.
- c) Remind every one to turn off all water and electrical appliances/equipment when not in use, during lunch (12:00-1:00 p.m.), and before leaving the office.
