Our records show that as of this date, your unit has not yet submitted the 2008 Procurement Plans for Supplies and EQUIPMENT (APPSE) to the Supply and Property Management Office (SPMO).

May i reiterate that, in compliance with the Chancellor's Memorandum No. SSC-08-08 dated 19 January 2008, no procurement request for supplies and equipment will be considered for units that did not submit the 2008 APPSE? Likewise, issuance of office supplies in the Central Storeroom is subject to compliance on the submission of the same by the requesting unit.
