General Description:
A contest/game/past-time held during the Lenten Season in the house of the sponsor of the pabasa.  It is composed of two teams, one composed of the household and the other composed of the visitors.  One judge is chosen or can volunteer from the guests of honor.  Different tunes for the pasyon can be used in the contest.  One team asks a question through singing questions coming from the pasyon, while the other team answers also by singing text from the pasyon.  The team with the most number of correct answers and with the most number of questions the other team was not able to answer is proclaimed the winner.  Also called sabalan and tumbukan.
