Functions, Programs and Services

In line with its mission to promote greater international academic cooperation, with the end of promoting the Institution as a world-class university, the University of the Philippines Diliman (UPD), has expanded its network by forging more Memoranda of Agreements (MOAs) and Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) with various international academic institutions in Asia, Europe, Oceania, and in North America.

These MOAs/MOUs have been entered into in pursuit of the following objectives:

1. to enhance and enrich the University's and the partner institutions' academic and research programs; 2. to mobilize intellectual resources into developmental and creative undertakings; and 3. to promote technology transfer and innovative strategies in teaching and research between UPD and its partner institution.
