Nestor N. Pilar

Dr. Nestor N. Pilar is a former faculty member of the UP National College of Public Administration and Governance. He also serves as the vice president for academic affairs of the National Defense College of the Philippines (NDCP).
He earned his doctorate degree in public administration from the University of Southern California.
