Objectives
- To provide a forum for examining critical issues in education that affect the nation
- To provide an opportunity for pre-service and practicing teachers to share research findings on new trends, experiences, and best practices in teaching and learning
- To strengthen institutional goals in research and encourage dissemination and utilization of research findings
- To identify emerging challenges and opportunities that may lead to the development of new strategies in educational policies, plans and programs, and mobilization of resources
- To build a community and network of researchers and educators to develop plans for future actions

Abstract and Full Paper
- Submit abstract via email not later than 15 August 2011. You will be notified of acceptance via email by 31 August 2011. Submit full paper by 15 September 2011.
- Abstract: 250 – 300 words
- Full Paper: 8-10 pages (including table and references)
- Font: Arial or Times New Roman, Size 12
- All accepted research papers will be included in the conference proceedings
