Leonardo de Castro
Prof. Leonardo D. de Castro heads the Program for Capacity Development in Biomedical Ethics of the NUS Centre for Biomedical Ethics.
He is a recipient of the Takashi Fujii Prize of the International Federation of Social Science Organizations, a National Book Award (Manila Critics Circle), an Outstanding Publication Award (University of the Philippines), and an Outstanding Monograph Award (National Academy of Science and Technology – Philippines).
