"Ok ka lang? Ok lang ako..." : A Forum on Gender and Mental Health

UP Diliman Gender Office, in collaboration with the Office of the Vice-Chancellor for Student Affairs, Department of Psychology, University Student Council and Office of Counseling and Guidance, will hold a forum on Gender and Mental Health as part of the Women's Month Celebration and as part of the campaign to raise awareness on mental health issues.

It aims to:
1. Provide an overview of the UP Diliman situation with regard to issues of mental health
2. Analyze the intersectionality of gender and mental health
3. Look for various ways of dealing with mental health issues and concerns; and
4. Promote a healthy lifestyle that can help everyone maintain mental health
