Aries Arugay is an Assistant Professor from the Department of Political Science at the University of the Philippines Diliman. He is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in political science at the Georgia State University, USA. He holds an M.A. and B.A. in political science from the University of the Philippines, specializing in Philippine Government and Politics.
