Last Monday, the list of candidates for the 2012 University Student Council Elections was officially released by the Office of the Student Affairs. The Student Alliance for the Advancement of Democratic Rights in UP (STAND UP), Alyansa ng mga Mag-aaral para sa Panlipunang Katwiran (ALYANSA), KAISA – Nagkakaisang Iskolar para sa Pamantasan at Sambayanan (KAISA), and independent candidates are now in the zone, ready to convince the students that they deserve to occupy the positions they're running for.
