Lantern Parade

The first UP Lantern Parade was in 1922, in Padre Faura, Manila. Participated in by UP students, alumni, colleges, the parade signals the start of the Christmas break for the University. It showcases the artistic abilities of the students. In 2012, the parade will be held on December 14, 2012.
