SUBJECT: Campus Safety and Security

In compliance with the attached memorandum on campus safety and security (Memorandum No. AAS-09-32 dated 17 March 2009), may i enjoin you to please submit the following:

1. Floor plan of your building(s)indicating all emergency exit points
2. Status of wiring system of your building(s)
3. Inventory of fire escapes, fire extinguishers and fire hoses of your building(s)

We would appreciate receiving the above information on or before March 25, 2009. Please submit a hard and electronic copy of the pertinent documents to the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Community Affairs (ovcca@up.edu.ph).
