COURSE DESCRIPTION

The general objective of this course is to establish the importance of proper maintenance procedures and standards for commercial and industrial building facilities and utilities. It is too expensive to wait for the occurrence of failure to make the necessary repairs. When the plant or building begins to age, it is more efficient to have qualified personnel who could make the necessary repairs as well as follow proper maintenance procedures.

COURSE OBJECTIVES

1. Increase the participants' knowledge in the design and implementation of a systematic and of effective maintenance procedure; 2. Provide techniques and procedural tools for an efficient maintenance practice.

METHODOLOGY

This three-day seminar will utilize lecture-discussion and problem solving sessions to facilitate the exchange of knowledge and experience between lecturers and participants.


MINIMUM BACKGROUND

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferably Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or those with equivalent work experience
