Iskomunidad is an online wiki platform of University of the Philippines Diliman to build a knowledge base for the UP community and put up online articles, theses, upcoming events, and many more in one single platform. It is helpful for UP faculty, staff, and students to:

• collaborate on the documentation of projects and other activities, describe academic researches, share institutional catalogs, and post events
• publish student organization profiles and projects
• describe wide variety of campus activities such as bird watching, running, biking, and concert, etc
• open new ideas and new ways of finding answers to questions
• contribute or exchange useful materials for the university
• clarify misconception, inaccurate and incomplete information about the university

Iskomunidad!'s host, the Interactive Learning Center, reserves the right to delete any page deemed inappropriate or any contribution that violates copyright. (See also Iskomunidad's Deletion Policy.) Users of ILC services should abide by the terms of the University's Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).

Iskomunidad is designed to open new contents in a mere push of a button. It recommends page creation for unavailable information through the built-in search bar.

CLASSIFY CONTENTS

Created contents in Iskomunidad can be classified for easy cataloging and categories.

OPEN DISCUSSIONS/TOPICS

Discussions and/or topics can be opened for recommendations and feedback to improve the contents of the page.

MULTIMEDIA REPOSITORY

Iskomunidad allows contributors to upload files such as images, videos, audios, and pdf for embedding.

SHARABLE CONTENTS

Iskomunidad pages and links are easily shared for a wide variety of services such as email, text, messaging apps, or post to social media platforms.

EVENTS AND ANNOUNCEMENTS

Featured events and announcements can be posted in Iskomunidad main page using predefined categories.

THESIS PUBLICATION

Iskomunidad can be used for repository and collection of university thesis.

CONTENT PROTECTION

Changes and updates to Iskomunidad contributions are protected to those with accounts. Protections can be extended to limit contributors to modify page contents and restrict access to certain users.
