The Good, the Bad, and the Fabulous follows the most active female members of the Philippine Wrestling Revolution (PWR) today as they pursue their passion in the spectacle sport of professional wrestling and juggle it with their own personal struggles outside of the ring. We’ll meet Sam and Vernice, who are the only two female pro-wrestlers out of the 35 main roster members of PWR. As well as Tabbi, an aspiring pro-wrestler from PWR’s first-ever all-women’s boot camp batch.

In the history of the spectacle sport of pro-wrestling, which is commonly perceived to be a masculine sport, female pro-wrestlers have long been overlooked, or even ignored, as their fights tended to be diminished to potty breaks or bras-and-panties matches. This film focuses on female pro-wrestlers as they are to put a spotlight on their stories and to put them in the forefront of pro-wrestling for once.
