Romeo B. Ocampo

Retired Professor Romeo B. Ocampo is a former dean of the UP National College of Public Administration and Governance. He went to the University of California Berkeley on a Ph.D. fellowship to pursue a terminal degree in urban planning but did not complete the dissertation requirement. He has a master's degree in public administration from the University of the Philippines.
