The University of the Philippines Presidents refers to a group of individuals who became president of the University of the Philippines System (UP) System. The president of UP is elected by the 12-member UP Board of Regents (BOR) – the highest decision-making body of UP – to a single term of six years. From 1911 to 2005, 19 individuals - 17 Filipinos and two Americans - have served as UP President.

The president of U.P. is Dr. Emerlinda R. Román , a professor of business administration and the chancellor of U.P. Diliman prior to her election as president. Roman is the first female president of the University of the Philippines. She led the university in the celebration of its centennial in 2008. She was elected in 2005 and will serve until 2011.
