Agustin B. Kintanar

The late Dr. Agustin B. Kintanar is a former professor at the UP National College of Public Administration and Governance. He earned his Ph.D. in economics from the prestigious Yale University in the United States.

He served as vice president for planning and finance of the University of the Philippines System.
