Subject: Submission of Performance Targets and Performance Ratings

This serves as a reminder on the submission of performance targets (PTs) for the period January -June 2011 and performance ratings(PRs) for the period July- December 2010.

In this regard, please take note of the following:

1. Performance Targets for the period January to June 2011 using the current PT form must be submitted on or before 15 January 2011.

Performance targets for the same period (January -June 2011) using the new PMS-OPES forms (for individual, supervisor and office) must be submitted on or before 31 January 2011

2. Performance Ratings for the period July- December 2010 using the current PR form and PART 1 of the PMS-OPES form for the period September- December 2010 (per Memorandum No. AAS-10-59 dated 11 August 2010) must be submitted on or before 31 January 2011.
