May we respectfully, call your attention that the supervision and administrative control regarding privately managed food and business outlets as well as activities is tasked to the Business Concessions Office under the Office of the Vice Chancellor for Community Affairs (AO, 128-1994). The procedures required to facilitate request along these ares may be coursed to the BCO.
