UP Law Center , also known as Bocobo Hall, serves as the research and extension services arm of the UP Law Complex. It has four institutes, the Institute of Government and Law Reform, Institute of Judicial Administration, Institute of Human Rights, and the Institute of International Legal Studies.It was named after the College of Law's former Dean and UP President Jorge Cleofas Bocobo.
